Meet the Chef

I was born and raised in Haiti, where my passion for cooking began at a young age.

Standing beside my mother in the kitchen, I developed a deep appreciation for flavor, creativity and the joy of preparing food for others. By my teenage years, I had become the primary cook in my home, also known for transforming simple ingredients into memorable dishes.

Encouraged by family and neighbors, I launched a small weekend food business in Haiti. My dishes quickly became their favorites, and I earned a reputation for consistency, authenticity and a signature Caribbean touch that set my cooking apart.

Whether for workplace events, neighborhood gatherings, or private celebrations, people trusted me to deliver high quality meals.

After moving to the United States, I committed to turning my culinary gift into a formal profession. Despite life's challenges, a prophetic word from my Spiritual Mother, Prophetess Sophia Levasseur, revealed that my path was divinely guided. With renewed determination, I enrolled at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I earned my Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.

Today, I combine my Caribbean heritage with professional training to create dishes that are bold, soulful and crafted with intention.

My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the joy on a customer's face after tasting my food.

Cooking is not only my profession, but also my purpose, my passion and the way I share love and culture with every person I serve.
